How to Use:

  1. Dissolve: Dissolve the required amount of calcium sulfate in water (1 teaspoon per 4 cups of soy milk).
  2. Add to Soy Milk: Heat the soy milk to about 180°F (82°C) and stir in the dissolved calcium sulfate solution.
  3. Coagulate: Allow the mixture to sit undisturbed for 15-20 minutes to coagulate.
  4. Drain and Press: Pour the curds into a tofu mold lined with cheesecloth. Press to remove excess whey and achieve the desired firmness.
